Project “Royal Stag” was a great challenge for our team wherein we had to completely customize 5 brand new Royal Enfield Standard models in a small span on 45 days. We decided to go with 2 vintage and 3 bobber models. The vintage builds were wrapped in beige and maroon colours with a solo saddle setup. The headlight nacelle were retained for the vintage aesthetics. On the other hand, the bobber builds sport aluminium T Plates, custom handlebars, risers, fuel tanks and front and rear fenders. The process of customizing requires sheet metal hand crafted work, milling, turning, welding, bending, grinding, leather upholstering, test riding, disassembling, painting and reassembling for 5 different motorcycles in a span of 45 days which was a grand challenge but was achieved with great Team work.
