“Rooster” – Our second build sponsored by Royal Enfield company, a beach trike based on a Royal Enfield Himalayan. Home to all major music festivals and motorcycling events “Goa” is the most flamboyant city in India. The build is a reflection of Goan culture with blue, white and yellow representing sky, ocean and beach. This was our second trike build and we approached it very methodically. A differential is a must if you want to cruise on a sandy beach so we borrowed one from an ATV and customized the stock swingarm to accommodate the same. And if you still somehow manage to get yourself stuck, it features a reverse gear and off-road fat knobby tyres to rescue you out. The front end features tall upside down suspensions imported from Japan with a twin headlamp setup and sports fat front tyre that does not dig in the sand. Rooster trike features 2 high wattage weather proof speakers installed in the side panels just that you have the full Goa vibe while cruising down the beach. It was an absolute joy to ride and drift “Rooster” down the beach with Royal Enfield team.
